PLACING AN ORDER WITH YOUR PRINTING MATTERS

ACCOUNT SETUP


Setting up an account is very simple. To set up your account, please follow these easy steps:

1. Click the Register / Login button on the top right hand corner
2. Click on Create New Account
3. Fill out the required information including contact details and company information
4. Click Submit

Once you successfully submit your registration, you can continue shopping.

How to place an order

To place your order, follow these simple steps:

1. Login to your account or create a new account (you can also just login as a Guest)
2. Navigate the website to find the product you want to order (i.e. Business Cards, 14pt + UV)
3. On the product page, make your specification choices (i.e. quantity, trim size, etc)
4. Click Submit and Upload File to upload your print-ready PDF
5. Check out, choose your shipping address and place your order

Files shoud be PDF - CMYK - 300 dpi.

Rejected artwork

After submitting your job to Your Printing Matters, the file will go directly to our prepress department for preflighting.

If our prepress department has confirmed your file is not printable, they will reject your job and an email will be sent out to you requesting a new file. The email will also include a reason so that you can fix it.

The email will provide a link allowing you to re-upload a new file under the same Your Printing Matters job number. Please do not reorder your job as a new job.

You must ensure you have the correct email address in your account in order for us to contact you. Production does not start on the job until a new print-ready file is submitted and preflighted. 

Reporting a problem with your order

If you receive a job and believe that there is an issue with the finished product, please contact us ASAP and Include the following details:
 

  • Order number
  • Picture / Scan clearly showing problem


If issue cannot clearly be seen through a picture or scan, we may ask you to drop off or send us physical samples of the product for further investigation. 
 

All complaints and issues must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receiving the product.
